Q: What is holistic nutrition?
Holistic nutrition is a science-based approach to nutrition, and actively maintaining wellness. A holistic nutrition assessment consists of a deep-dive into a clients lifestyle and history, to help make connections between their diet, work, home, & social environments, stress level, habits, emotions, and more - to their health complaint. Holistic nutrition emphasizes eating natural, whole foods, and actively using these foods as a tool to help reach, and, maintain your greatest health.
My role as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist is to educate on holistic nutrition. I do not claim to treat, cure, or diagnose illness. Holistic nutrition is not a substitute for advice given by a medical professional or physician.
Q: Why choose holistic nutrition?
Holistic nutrition is completely personal and tailored to you. There is no one-size-fits-all! Holistic nutrition promotes lifestyle changes, not fad diets or bandwagon products. Holistic nutritionists investigate the root of your concern, to provide you with the information you need to learn how to control your own symptoms. Once you learn how to use holistic nutrition as a tool to help you hack your own body, it becomes the simplest, easiest, and most sensible way to help you maintain good health long-term.
