Happy New Year! For my first recipe of 2019, I wanted to keep it short and sweet. So, I thought I wold share this three-ingredient blueberry yogurt parfait recipe! It's super tasty and perfect for breakfast or a mid-day snack. I chose to go with blueberries because they're my favourite fruit, but you can choose any other berries or fruit you have on hand! I topped this with homemade granola that I don't have a solid recipe for yet. When I do, I'll be sharing that too!
This recipe is vegan, gluten free, and refined sugar free.

1/2 cup dairy-free yogurt, blueberry flavour
1 cup wild blueberries, frozen, thawed
1/2 cup granola
Layer blueberries, granola, and yogurt in a mason jar until you run out of ingredients. I like to make sure I reserve some granola and blueberries for the top for pretty decoration!
