Salted maple tahini fudge

This salted maple tahini fudge is a naturally decadent holiday treat! It takes minimal ingredients and effort, yet the rich, deep flavour will have you feeling like you're eating something truly special. I love this dessert, and I know it will be a Christmas-crowd pleaser at my house!

Ingredients

1/3 cup roasted tahini

1/3 cup pure maple syrup

1/3 cup refined coconut oil

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

1 large pinch of salt

4 ounces dark chocolate, gently melted

1/4 cup raw pepitas, freshly toasted

Instructions

Gently melt together the tahini, maple syrup, and coconut oil. Stir in the vanilla and sea salt.

Pour this into the bottom of a lined loaf pan, and let cool in the refrigerator until completely hardened

Remove from the fridge once hardened, and top with with melted dark chocolate and pepitas. Return to the fridge until the chocolate sets

  • Store this in the fridge, or it will be a little soft and melty!

  • If you don't like tahini, you can sub in any natural nut or seed butter you prefer

  • This recipe makes about 16 servings, they are super rich! I cut them into 8 triangles for the photo
