4-Ingredient chocolate peanut butter protein bites

All you need are a few simple ingredients to make these irresistibly chewy chocolate peanut butter protein bites. They're decadent enough to make you question whether or not they're actually good for you. But, of course they are! Purica and Vista Magazine Canada were kind enough to gift me the Purica Power Vegan Protein Powder in the chocolate flavour (my fav, how'd they know), and it's quickly become a staple in my breakfast routine, not only because of the taste, but because of the impressive nutrient roster; chaga mushroom (one of my favourite adaptogens), fermented vegan protein with a complete amino acid profile, and a Purica exclusive natural enzyme blend called ProHydrolase, which makes the protein easier to digest to maximize absorption and assimilation, while minimizing gas and bloating. If you're a nutrition nerd like me, I know I don't have to say anymore.

This recipe is vegan, gluten free, and refined sugar free.
